Wavrion features

Features for each stage of a workshop Job.

Wavrion connects the records around a Job, so managers can plan the day, technicians can do the work, and the workshop can account for it afterward.

Start with the Job. Follow the work into scheduling, purchasing, quoting, invoicing and team records as the workshop needs them.

One Job, connected work

01Customer and asset
02Schedule and Tasks
03Parts and labour
04Quote, invoice and history

Run the work

Keep the Job record useful from task to close-out.

Tasks, checklists, comments, attachments, labour and activity history sit beside the Customer and Asset. Staff can see what has happened and what remains without rebuilding the story from separate notes.

  • Assign and track Tasks with checklists.
  • Record comments, attachments and labour against the Job.
  • Keep customer and vehicle context with the work.

Plan the day

Plan Jobs against the people and workshop capacity you have.

Use scheduling and worker assignments to organise planned work. Jobs that are not ready for a time slot can stay visible in the holding belt, rather than disappearing from the daily view.

  • Review scheduled and unscheduled Jobs in the workshop plan.
  • Assign people to work and adjust the plan as the day changes.
  • Plan workshop Jobs and assign workers from the staff Schedule.

Know the customer and asset

Put the right customer and vehicle details beside each Job.

Customer records can connect to their Assets and Jobs, keeping vehicle history close to the service work. A QR page can show a limited, read-only view of selected customer-safe information for an Asset.

  • Keep customer and Asset records linked to Jobs.
  • Use QR access for selected service history, approved quotes and invoices.
  • Keep internal notes and private workshop records out of the public QR view.

Parts, quotes and accounts

Connect parts purchasing to the work and the bill.

Manage Suppliers, Purchase Orders, stock movements and inventory, then keep quoted and billable work tied to its Job. Wavrion supports invoice creation and payment recording for the workshop’s own records.

  • Receive and track stock through purchase and inventory workflows.
  • Prepare quotes and revisions, then record staff follow-up and customer response.
  • Create invoices and record payments in Wavrion.

The Xero connection maps accounts, tax and contacts, checks invoice readiness and can post an eligible invoice as a Xero draft. It is not a complete two-way accounting sync.

People and visibility

Review hours and see what is happening across the workshop.

Attendance, timesheets and payroll review give managers a record of staff time. Dashboard, analytics, global search, notifications and activity history help find work and review operations.

  • Record attendance separately from Job labour time.
  • Review timesheets and prepare payroll exports.
  • Search workshop records and inspect the activity history.

Optional AI assistance can help with drafts, extraction, summaries and explanations. It does not decide permissions, financial state, inventory or Job lifecycle state.
